Fleetwood Police have charged a man after a drug warrant was undertaken on a property on Lord Street, Fleetwood.
On Monday 15 June, officers from Fleetwood’s Neighbourhood Policing Team and Task Force executed a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant on a property on Lord Street.
During the warrant, officers found over a thousand cannabis plants at various stages across five floors of the building. One male in his 20’s was found in the property and arrested at the scene on suspicion of production of class B drugs.
We can now tell you that Vanhung Nguyen, 28, of no fixed abode has been charged with production of a controlled drug of Class B cannabis. He was charged yesterday (June 16) and will appear before Lancaster Magistrates’ Court today (June 17).
