“Thanks to the information received by residents, we are able to tackle drug dealing effectively, taking products and people involved out of our communities. If you have concerns about drug criminality in your area I would urge you to report this to us so we can take the appropriate action. Call us directly on 101 or you can report anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
“I hope this sentence sends a clear message: those who choose to profit from the misery of our communities will face real consequences.”
This activity was undertaken as part of Operation Warrior. Operation Warrior is Lancashire Police’s response to tackling serious and organised crime in Lancashire, supported by Police and Crime Commissioner Clive Grunshaw.
It aims to target the individuals and gangs involved in crime, as well as associated issues such as violence and intimidation, large scale drug supply, exploitation, and fraud, all of which can cause serious harm to local communities.
